Common Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance where possible, particularly during peak seasons. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate urgent timelines — just reach out and we'll see what we can do.

What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?

We monitor conditions closely in the lead-up to every shoot. If conditions aren't right, we'll reschedule at no extra cost. We'd rather wait for the right light than deliver content that doesn't do your vessel justice.

Do I need to do anything to prepare the vessel?

We'll send you a brief prep checklist once your shoot is confirmed. The main things are a clean, tidy vessel and having it fuelled and ready to move if we're shooting on the water.

How are files delivered?

All final files are delivered via a private download link. You'll receive full-resolution images and optimised video files, along with social-ready exports where included.
